Robert Bowen
CEO

Bob Bowen is a graduate of Santa Clara University and holds a degree from the Leavy School of Business. He has held several management positions at Crown and is currently responsible for all aspects of the companies businesses. Bob is a co-founder of Crown Worldwide, has been with the company since 1973 and serves as an officer of the corporation.

He was born in Panama to expatriate parents, where he lived for 18 years. Bob has traveled to over 70 countries while working for Crown. He was elected to the OMNI Board and served as Vice-President for 8 years. Additionally, Bob founded the (Overseas Shipper’s Association) in 1994 and served as Chairman for 9 years and continues to serve on the Executive Board, a position he has held for 16 years.

Salvatore Ferrante
President, International Division

Tori Ferrante holds a BSC degree from Santa Clara University. He joined Crown in 1985 and has over 30 years of experience in the domestic and international moving business. Tori completed an expatriate assignment in the Middle East before joining Crown and has traveled the world extensively. Currently, Tori is responsible for the International division of the company and serves as an officer of the corporation.

Rick Hosea
President, Domestic Division

Rick Hosea joined Crown in 1990 and has over 25 years in the Moving and Storage business. He is responsible for all Van Line operations and all domestic moving functions for the company. Rick has held various jobs and managerial positions with Crown. In addition to his responsibilities at Crown, Rick holds a leadership position with the California Moving and Storage Association (CMSA) He has served as a Chapter President and currently serves on the CMSA board of directors.

Janet Bowen
Senior Vice President

Janet Bowen joined Crown in 1988. Prior to joining Crown she served as an executive for an international moving company in Caracas, Venezuela. Janet has served on the FIDI US section board of directors and has held various leadership positions at Crown. Currently, Janet is responsible for international sales and serves as a board member to the Corporation. Janet also served on the board of LACMA (Latin American Caribbean Moving Association) for 4 years.

Cynthia Allen
Vice President Domestic

Cynthia Allen joined Crown in 1986 and has held various leadership positions with Crown. She is responsible for customer service training and manages the service delivery team for the company. Cynthia has served on the boards of several philanthropic organizations in the community and brings a high level of customer service excellence to Crown.

Joyce Burrows
Vice President Finance

Joyce Burrows joined Crown in 1980 and has held several management positions with the company. She manages all accounting functions and has responsibility for producing the company financial records. Joyce is active in the community having served leadership positions with the Girl Scouts of America for the last 10 years. Joyce is a recipient of the Maud Whalen Award for service to the Girl Scouts of America.

Debbie Joaquin
Vice President of Administration

Debbie Joaquin joined Crown in 1982 and has held several management positions with the company. She manages all insurance related programs as the lead risk manager for the company. In addition to managing the company safety programs, Debbie is responsible for all insurance claim processes at Crown, as well as developing and maintaining the companies ISO Certification. Debbie is active with the national CPPC (Claims Prevention and Procedure Council) and CMSA (California Moving and Storage Association).

Tina BorbaDirector of International

Tina Borba joined Crown in 1987 and has held various leadership positions with Crown. She is responsible for International operations and manages the service delivery team for the international division. Tina has traveled the world extensively for the company and is very familiar with Crown’s global agency network. She is a graduate from the FIDI academy and manages the TSA and C-TPAT programs for the company.
