May 5, 2010

Rick Hosea and Jorge Castro of Crown Worldwide Moving accept CMSA's Pinnacle Award

(CMSA, Cerritos, CA) - Crown Worldwide Moving & Storage received the California Moving & Storage Association's (CMSA) prestigious Pinnacle Award at the CMSA 92nd Annual Convention in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

The CMSA Pinnacle Award was established in 2008 to honor companies whose commitment to ethical business practices go above and beyond what is necessary and help portray the Moving and Storage industry in a positive light.  Applicants are judged on the following four categories which are drawn from the CMSA Code of Ethics: management practices; marketing, advertising and sales practices; customer and vendor relations; and community service.

Based upon their application Crown Worldwide has consistently used superior business practices, and continues to strive for excellence in all four measured categories.  A selection of Crown's strong practices include: an Employee Wellness Program that aims to keep employees and their families healthy; a consumer  complaint process that makes sure that each consumer complaint is heard and responded to appropriately; and active participation in the community, including membership in the local Chamber of Commerce, and supporting orphanages in Central America through donated furniture from customers.
