Employee Wellness Program

In February 2010 Crown launched its employee wellness program. The aim of this program is to improve the overall health and wellbeing of each employee. The program called LIFE was set up by the Crown Wellness Team and the logo was created by an international graphic designer.

To launch the program we gave each member of staff a pedometer to track their physical activity with various different competitions to encourage participation.

The program includes monthly presentations surrounding various different heath issues and fun family inclusive weekend activities to name a few. So far the response has been terrific and Crown is keen to develop the program even further as nothing is more important in the moving industry than the health of our staff.
