Movers: Race to Key West

Crown Worldwide Moving & Storage finished their pedometer race across America in style with a Key West themed party.  Featuring cocktails, Key Lime Pie and fresh fruit to celebrate the 23,000,000 steps that the 7 teams walked in just 12 weeks which is over 11,500 miles!

The overal winning team was Team 7 with the individual award for the most steps going to Crown's very own project manager, Lee Jones who won two roundtrip flights on Southwest Airlines.

Numerous prizes were given out including 27 certificates for individuals achieving at least 10,000 steps a day (The American Heart Association's recommended minimum) and 17 lucky movers who entered the prestigious 1,000,000 step club while winning vouchers for their favorite stores.

Crown also took this opportunity to honor its green credentials by providing cups made from recycled material and bio-degradable utensils, pictured below.
